Gary W. Terle, PT, DPT, ATC,
received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Simmons College in Boston in 2005. He is also a 1980 graduate of the University of Maryland College Park and received his B.S. in physical therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 1982. In addition to being a physical therapist, he is a certified athletic trainer. At Maryland, he was the head student athletic trainer, traveling with the football, men’s soccer and men’s lacrosse teams. As a student trainer he was a member of the inaugural Hall of Fame Bowl team and the 1979 NCAA men’s lacrosse finalist. His interests include general orthopaedics, sports medicine, joint and soft tissue mobilization. He has completed a dozen triathlons, numerous running road races and the 4.4 mile Chesapeake Bay Bridge Swim Race.


Charles A. Kibbey Jr., PT, DPT,
received his physical therapy training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, graduating in 1977. Dr. Kibbey completed a Doctorate program, also in physical therapy, at Simmons College in Boston. He served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1973. This is the second practice he has co-owned. Dr. Kibbey worked briefly in a hospital setting and served as Director of Physical Therapy Services for The Neurology Center, P.A. – managing personnel, equipment and other resources in their 5 locations, in addition to maintaining a full patient schedule from 1980-1989. His interests include general orthopaedics and geriatric medicine.
